          From 24-25 April 2012, the Croatian Red Cross organized a training titled "Communications management" and "Success through networking and lobbying" for members of the Croatian Network for Climate Change.

          The aim of the training was acquiring practical communication and advocacy skills that should strengthen members of the network in presenting their  Climate Vulnerability Assessment report to the authorities and general public.

          The training was held in the cooperation with the Institute for Economic Promotion of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber in Croatia which is one of the largest European institutions in the area of life-long learningand and is one of the project partners.


          Participants of the training were representatives of the following NGOs: Healthy cities, Populus, EKO Kvarner, CROMETEO, Planet Earth, UNDP and the Croatian Red Cross. Representatives of the Croatian National Institute of Public Health and National Protection and Rescue Directorate contributed to the quality and dynamics of the training.
